Oscars, MTV Movie Award, British Academy Film Awards and even Kid’s Choice Awards or Teen Choice Awards tell you which film is the best among others. Winning an award frequently bring more popularity since it will make people around the world will watch it.

For instance, I personally never know Moonlight is ever produced but since it wins The Best Picture category, I will enforce my colleague to review it. People tend to know what’s the best but only a few care about the rest, I mean the worst.

However, Hollywood does not only make good or even great films. Sometimes, they also make the not-so-good picture into the big screen. But good news for you, there is an award out there which give you the worst film ever made; Golden Raspberry Awards.
Golden Raspberry Awards (or Razzies and Razzie Awards) is founded John J. B. Wilson and Mo Murphy for the recognition of worst film. The ceremony is held one day before the corresponding Academy Award. The term itself comes from “Blowing a raspberry”, which means “making a vibrating noise.” The first ceremony has been held back on March 31, 1981. This year, the award held on February 25, 2017.
